What Information We Collect

Data Processed During the Editorial Workflow

• Manuscript Intake: Author names, emails, phone numbers, university affiliations, and uploaded document drafts.

• Double-Blind Review: Referee comments and recommendation forms. Referee identities are permanently confidential and never shared with authors.

• Security & Server Logs: Standard HTTP request logs (IP address, browser user-agent) collected solely to prevent server abuse and spam uploads.

Archiving & Open Access

Once a manuscript is approved and published, the paper, author names, and bibliographic metadata are permanently archived in the public academic domain under Creative Commons CC-BY 4.0 and registered with CrossRef. This ensures permanent citation capability for your work.
