Rule 01: Formatting That Respects Your Time
Format for Reviewers First, Typesetters Second
We don't reject papers simply because your margin was 0.9 inches instead of 1.0 inch, or because you used APA instead of Vancouver. We care about clear research structure, rigorous methodology, and transparent results. Once accepted, our production desk handles final typography and layout.
Core Manuscript Structure
Title, Abstract (150-250 words), Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conflict of Interest, References.
Blinded Copy Mandatory
To protect peer impartiality, strip author names, affiliations, and grant acknowledgements from the manuscript file.
Rule 02: Accepted File Types
File Specifications & Upload Limits
- File Formats: Microsoft Word (.docx, .doc) or blinded PDF (.pdf). Maximum 20MB.
- Figures & Tables: High-resolution diagrams (minimum 300 DPI) embedded inside the draft or appended at the end with numbered captions.
- References: Standard numbered (Vancouver) or author-date (APA) referencing. DOIs included where available.
- Trial Registration: Clinical trials must mention WHO-compliant registry ID (e.g. CTRI, ClinicalTrials.gov).
